Mr. Noah Joseph Delagrange

Mr. Noah Joseph Delagrange, 80, passed away April 12, 2024 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky after a brief illness.

He was born October 31, 1943 in Grabill, Indiana. He was the son of the late Joseph and Lydia Eicher Delagrange and was a teacher, farmer and a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church of Booneville, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Ethel Mosley Delagrange of Booneville, Kentucky, three daughters Mrs. Nora “Perry” Jackson of Butler, Indiana, Mrs. Heather “Michael” Wyss of Woodburn, Indiana, Mrs. Chrys “Jeff” Kimpel of New Haven, Indiana. Grandchildren Lauren, Gillian & Erin Jackson, Erica, Alex, Samantha, Matthew and Jon Jon Wyss, Robert, Samantha and Nicole Kimple, Jeff Jones. Great granddaughter Peregrine Hassett. Three brothers Mr. Wilmer (Diane) Delagrange, Mr. Merle (Ruth) Delagrange and Ed (Judy) Delagrange. Five sisters Mrs. Donna Secist, Mrs. Christina Rath, Mrs. Lydia Watson, Mrs. Diane (Bob) Joost and Mrs. Mildred Riccus. Several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Joseph Delagrange and Mrs. Lydia Eicher Delagrange and three brother-in-laws Mr. Jim Rath, Rex Watson and Butch Riccus and two granddaughters Elizabeth Jackson and Claire Jackson.

Funeral services for Mr. Delagrange will be held Friday, April 26, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Holy Family Catholic Church of Booneville, Kentucky, officiating the service will Father John Lijana with the burial and full military rites following at the Warren Chapel Cemetery at 10:00 am at Vincent, Kentucky.

The Searcy and Strong Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
